About the Contest:
- Throwing: 5 throws at a target (points based on command)
- Hitting: 5 tee swings (points based on distance)
- Running: 2 attempts at 90ft (points based on time)

Winners : Automatic bid to compete at Canadian Championships in Toronto Aug 8, 2024 (Rogers Centre). This is NOT an expenses paid trip. 

Winner of Canadians goes to World Series in October, which is an expenses paid trip by MLB.
