Our one-on-one online training program is designed for committed players. This program will cover everything you need to be the best player possible! (Minimal equipment required- this program is suited around what you have access to).

Designed for players and parents of all knowledge and skill levels!
Our comprehensive program includes:
Mechanical Analysis: monthly video analysis report (via email)
Programming: each month you will receive a new template from your coach, which also includes unlimited support to ensure proficiency. This includes access to IP videos for demonstration.
Strength & Agility: designed and written by MLB strength coach, Joey Greany.
Support: weekly text or email support regarding programming/drills and unlimited email access to your coach, also includes one 20-min zoom video call each month to go over progress.
Start Date: based on your schedule- we are accepting new clients now!
Location: remote training is done at home and all communication remotely. If you are around one of our locations we would love to book you in for an additional training session!
