For Softball players only, this program is pitching instruction.
The pitching program is designed to increase speed, accuracy, and overall long term success.
Players are taught recovery protocols for quicker recovery and to stay healthy!
Athletes are taken through a series of developmental exercises and drills. Each lesson is designed with the appropriate protocols for the week. Each week builds on the prior week. The lessons are action packed with the latest techniques for: Warm up / Power Pitching / Throwing Effectively / Arm Care / Injury Prevention
Players tested every 3 weeks and will be given a report card at the end of the program outlining strengths, weaknesses and areas to develop.
Fall 2025 Program
- 11 weeks/$500+gst
*Full uniforms required for all group classes

- Fall: September 30 - December 22, 2025
*Classes expire at the end of the semester.
