For Softball players only, this program is pitching instruction.
The pitching program is designed to increase speed, accuracy, and overall long term success.
Players are taught recovery protocols for quicker recovery and to stay healthy!
Athletes are taken through a series of developmental exercises and drills. Each lesson is designed with the appropriate protocols for the week. Each week builds on the prior week. The lessons are action packed with the latest techniques for: Warm up / Power Pitching / Throwing Effectively / Arm Care / Injury Prevention
Players are tested every 3-4 weeks and will be given a report card at the end of the program outlining strengths, weaknesses and areas to develop.
Max 6 students per class.
Fall Semester 2026
- 11 weeks/$500+gst
*Full uniforms required for all group classes
Dates: October 4 - Dec 13 (11 sessions)
*one makeup date: Dec 20

**Flexible scheduling: if unable to attend your class, use the Inside Pitch App to cancel out of your slot. Makeup classes must be used before the end of the Fall 2026 semester.
