Weighted ball and long toss throwing program for all players 12+. All positions are welcome to join and will benefit from this program. Fall 2022 semester we are now adding in 15-30 minutes of strength training per session.
The program will be offered twice per week in the fall program and is a great complement to our Power Pitching program and to get their arms back in game shape!
Over the past 3 years of using the program our athletes have gained between 2-8mph on their long toss throw. This is not a program that works on technique of throwing, but more so output and strengthening of existing throwing motion.
Position specific throwing will blend program to suit your position with useable velocity!
Last winter in our Saskatoon program players gained an average of 3.7mph
