Weighted ball and long toss throwing program for all players 12+. All positions are welcome to join and will benefit from this program. Fall 2023 semester we are now adding in 15-30 minutes of strength training per session, each session is 75 min.
The program will be offered twice per week in the fall program and is a great complement to our Power Pitching program and to get their arms back in game shape!
Over the past four years our athletes have gained between 2-8mph on their long toss throw over the course of the semester. This is not a program that works on technique of throwing, but more so output and strengthening of existing throwing motion. We also go over various recovery protocols for their arm.
Position specific throwing will blend program to suit your position with useable velocity!
