All payments for all programs are final and non-refundable for any reason. This includes injury, sickness, withdrawal, etc. There are several expenses associated with Instructors / Facilities / Training Equipment / Academy Training and more.  Partial credits may be applied at the discretion of management. 

Showing up more than 10 min late will forfeit the lesson without make up.  

All deposits are non-refundable.

Group classes expire at end of each semester.

(Fall 2024 last class=  December 23, 2024 last class)

(Winter 2025 = mid April finish)

Flex passes expire one year from date of purchase. Non-transferable to other programs.

Inside Pitch will pre-book all of your classes for your using MINDBODY (link is on schedule tab or you can also download the app).

You only need to use the app when you need to cancel and then look to re-book. Please remember that you must give at least 24hr notice or class will count against package. 

When looking to re-book pitching packages must be used for pitching. 

Our other packages have more flexibility so you can use a hitting pass for fielding or 11u all skills for example.

Be sure to utilize the waitlist option as many times slots open the day of or the day before.

All players in our training programs are required wear IP Uniform to each lesson.  The uniform is an IP pro hat, dri-fit shirt, and athletic shorts.  Cost is $90 for full uniform tax in as a set.  

If you need 1 item – $35 per.  Players are not required to buy a uniform each year if already have from previous years.   Uniforms may be in stock but at times may take 2-4 weeks for delivery from start of the semester. If uniform is in stock players can check sizing at their first lesson. 

For indoor training please bring the following items:

- Clean running shoes   (cleats or muddy footwear are not allowed at our facility)

- Full uniform set (hat, tee, shorts)

- Water Bottle

*Gatorade and water available at our facility for purchase*

- Pitching class = glove

- Hitting class = helmet, bat  (batting gloves optional)

- Fielding class = glove

Future Stars/11u class = glove, helmet, bat    (batting gloves optional)

A minimum of 24hrs notice is required.  Lessons must be cancelled online using our app or on your desktop or mobile phone using MINDBODY.  Emails or text messages do not qualify.  

Call or email for help with the app if you are having problems.

Waivers are required each calendar year. We just need one per player.

While at training players must be ready to listen, learn, and give their best efforts.  Parents can ask questions after workouts but during workouts they are expected not to interact with players in training area.  This is to the benefit of all the players training and enables the instructors to do their job in a professional environment.  Instructors are not there to discipline but to instruct, inform, and inspire!

- All outdoor shoes must be removed at the front entrance (students and parents).

- To avoid large groups in the lobby, please only come in 0-5 minutes prior to your lesson.

- Parents are only allowed in the lobby area  (parents should not be in the weight room)

- Players can set their bags in the workout/strength area. No gatorade or gum allowed on the turf area.

- Pickup: if your ride is not outside, students need to wait inside the lobby/entrance area (do not wait outside on your own). Pickup time is 0-5 minutes before class time slot. 

- We will hand out progress reports near the end of the semester (typically in the last 2-3 weeks of the semester), but if you have any questions at any point over the semester feel free to reach out!
